Venizelos Greek style coffee is stone ground into a fine powder, perfect for making demitasse coffee in the tradition of the Greeks and Turks. Brewing instructions for a great cup of authentic Greek Coffee: 1. Neasure one demitasse cup of cold water for each cup desired and pour into "briki" (small coffee pot). 2. Heat until luke warm. 3. Add one heaping teaspoon of Venizelos coffee and sugar (optional) for each cup and stir. (Adjust amounts to suite your tastes.) 4. Bring to boil over low flame, until foam is formed. 5. Pour coffee into demitasse cups. If more than one cup, divide foam into each cup and then fill cups to brim.
